WHALE HOP — TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective 2026-08-24

"Whale Hop" here names two things: a browser game at whalehop.net, and a small developer tool (the "app") that uploads the game's devlog videos to the developer's own social media accounts.

The app

The app is a personal publishing tool operated by the game's developer. It is not offered as a service to anyone else: it has no sign-up, no user accounts, and performs actions only on the developer's own accounts, at the developer's instruction.

The app uses YouTube API Services to upload the developer's videos; use of it is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

The game

The game is provided as-is, for fun, in your browser. Don't rip it off; otherwise, play.
